How does one play the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe organization?
This course focuses on the Scrum Master’s role in the context of the enterprise, preparing participants to plan and execute the “Increment Program” (PI), which is key to aligning all levels of a SAFe organization.
Participants in this training will learn how to build high-performance Agile teams by becoming servant leaders and coaches and will be coached on how to provide coaching to those teams so they can deliver maximum business value.
The SAFe 6 Scrum Master (SSM) certification demonstrates that a person is prepared to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, thereby increasing the value delivered to teams and organizations implementing SAFe.

In this two-day course, participants will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe organization. Attending this course prepares the participants for passing the SAFe6 Scrum Master exam and obtaining the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
