How do you easily and safely scale product management?
During this two-day course, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the ART (Agile Release Train), including how it delivers value and what they can do to improve their performance.
Participants will learn about the Lean workflow, the various stages of a product lifecycle and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. They will also learn how to write Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, plan and execute Iterations, and plan Program Increments. At the end of this course, participants will have learned about how to integrate ART as Product Owners and Product Managers.
Attending this course prepares participants to pass the exam and obtain SAFe® 6 Product Owner / Product Manager certification.
